In the midst of continuous PMC Bank emergency, the
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday expelled the Board of Directors of the
Pune's noticeable Shivajirao Bhosale Co-usable Bank.
The RBI has designated District Deputy Registrar NV
Aghava as the Administrator. The order was issued by Commissioner of
Cooperation Satish Soni according to the guidelines from the Reserve Bank.
In May this year, the RBI had forced financial
limitations on the bank because of financial abnormalities.
The directors stayed on board regardless of genuine
slip-ups and abnormalities in the bank capacities. Notwithstanding, the Reserve
Bank issued order of expulsion on Thursday.
The Bank has 16,000 record holders in 14 branches.
It has stores of Rs 430 crore and all out credit designation of Rs 310 crore.
It likewise has all out unpaid obligation of Rs 294 crores.
